Honest Representation
Members should accurately represent their business, personnel, products and services.

Professional framework
Trust between wedding businesses and couples is essential.
Wedding services are unusual because they are frequently booked far in advance and often involve deposits paid months or years before delivery.
IWIF members therefore commit to a basic framework of professional conduct.

Members should maintain a reasonable process for dealing with customer complaints.
Important
IWIF membership indicates membership of the Irish Wedding Industry Federation. It does not constitute a Government licence, statutory accreditation, financial guarantee or warranty by IWIF of an individual member's services. Consumers remain responsible for evaluating suppliers and entering their own contractual arrangements.
